I emailed customer service about missing screws on my key fob that I bought from them. Never got any correspondence back. I decided to search their site and found these screws thinking they were universal to all the fobs. They didn't fit, what a waste of money. I also bought a key fob cover for $30+ that lost screws within a year. Poor fob quality and terrible customer service.
